Now that I am a graduate in Industrial Electronic Engineering
:

Where can I begin my career?

DESCRIPTION

Graduates in industrial electronic engineering can be involved in design projects and the development and improvement of industrial as well as service processes. You will be able to automate manufacturing processes, improving product reliability and productivity.

You will also be able to design and develop electronic control systems for machinery, equipment and installations, such as those used in airplanes, buses, lorries, trains, washing machines, power stations, paper mills, food processing plants, etc.

And of course, you will be able to work on designing computers, robots or different kinds of automatons, from children's toys to macro robots for the handling of toxic substances and explosive ordnance disposal, to micro robots for use in surgery.

You may also work for technology centres on research projects.

CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY

Electronics have revolutionised our society. We now have more accurate, safer and more inexpensive equipment because of electronics.

And of course think of what computers--devices that are 100% electronic--have contributed to society.

Just as the discovery of the steam engine lead to the Industrial Revolution, electronics has brought about another great revolution, one which allows for globalisation and increased access to information for everybody.

Some of the companies where you may work are: IKUSI, ALCAD, IKOR, CAF, SEAT, VOLKSWAGEN, DANOBAT, IDEKO, ALTRAN, EADS, SIEMENS, FAGOR, NOKIA, and technology research centres, among others.
