General information

Unlike first year students, transfer students do not have to take the entrance exam or submit the academic transcript from their baccalaureate; however, transfer students must submit an official record of their university study completed to date.

Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent in writing within 15 days.

Summary of the admission process:

Before 15th February 2011 --> EARLY ADMISSION
Before 15th May 2011 --> REGULAR ADMISSION
Before 15th July 2011--> EXTRAORDINARY ADMISSION

 

If sending the admission application form by post, the address for the School is the following:

  • ATTACH the following to your admission application: an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT of your university studies to date, two I.D.-sized photographs and a photocopy of your D.N.I. If you apply on-line, send these items to the School at the address indicated above.
     
  • Pay a 60 € PROCESSING FEE in cash or by cheque. You may also pay by bank transfer to the following account: BANCO POPULAR 0075 0019 16 0601606695.
     
  • You will receive a CREDENTIAL LETTER by post after your application has been submitted.
     
  • Send an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT or CERTIFICATE which indicates the marks you have received for all the subjects studied during the 2009-2010 academic year (after the June exams) before 1st September 2010.

ACCEPTANCE

  • Transfer candidates will be notified of their acceptance to the School at the beginning of September.
     
  • Acceptance letters will be sent to the postal address given on the admission application.
     
  • Appeals should be made to the University's Admission Service in writing and directed to the Dean.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS AND TRANSCRIPT REQUEST

  • Once you have been accepted, send a description of the university courses you have taken to date so they can be transferred.
     
  • You must also put in a request with your previous university's Registrar to have your official transcript sent to the School.

REGISTRATION

  • Enroll at the School.
