To give people a university education, which is highly demanding intellectually, steering them towards the application of science to concrete technical developments (for they are engineering students). Furthermore, given that TECNUN is a corporate work of Opus Dei, the education it provides has a wider scope in that it endeavours to create an atmosphere in which students can realize their full human and Christian potential.
To contribute to the progress of technology through study and research, which are a must for the continuing education of the permanent staff at the School and for the training of a selection of new lecturers and researchers.
To directly promote a development of the technical potential of our society, finding suitable ways to transfer the newly acquired knowledge to industry.
